Yes, we re-size rings in store, but we need to physically see the ring to confirm it can be sized up or down.  We don’t size brand new rings bought elsewhere and we can’t size rings that aren’tmade of precious metals (Gold, Silver, Platinum, Palladium etc).

We value jewellery for insurance purposes only, providing a replacement costfor your household insurer.  Usually only items over £1500 require a valuation but every insurer is different so check with yours. This does not determine second-hand or resale value. We also offer probate valuations for jewellery included in an estate for inheritance purposes.

Yes, we buy scrap gold, silver, palladium and platinum.Feel free to bring in your broken or unwanted pieces of jewellery for a quick valuation.

Yes, we offer up to three years interest-free finance through our partner Novuna on purchases over £800. Please see us in store for more details.

Plain bands normally take 2 weeks, and diamond set rings take 3-4 weeks.  If you need them sooner, please let us know – we will always try to accommodate you.

Yes, we require a minimum 30% deposit. Once your rings arrive,you can leave them with us and pay the balance at your convenience in the run-up to your big day.
